Jul 4 (Friday, 9:30am-6pm)   Lovell's Island Day Trip, Boston, MA
Join Dave L for a day of hiking, sunning, and swimming on Lovell's Island in Boston harbor. Get great views of the Boston skyline. Meet at Long Wharf (by the Aquarium T stop) to catch the 9:30 ferry to the island. The ferry is $17 ($13 for seniors). No other costs. Bring a picnic lunch, something to drink, sunscreen, etc. The ferry departs every half hour (each way). We plan to be back by 6. RSVP with your full name to events@bangma.org.

Jul 4-5 (Friday-Saturday)   Excursion to Rock River, VT
Not a BANG event.   Chuck C. will be spending the Fourth of July at our favorite nude outdoor bathing location at Rock River, Vermont, between Brattleboro and Newfane. Anyone wanting to join Chuck, either for a day-trip or for both days, should contact him by email at chazroma@verizon.net. He can assist with carpooling and finding overnight accommodations at a local hotel. This will not be a formal BANG party and therefore no BANG fees apply. This will be just a bunch of naked gay guys enjoying the great outdoors as nature intended. People are expected to take care of their own expenses.

Jul 20 (Sunday, 2pm-6pm)   Cruise to Nowhere, Danversport, MA
Join Dex aboard his 44-foot cabin cruiser for an afternoon cruise to nowhere. Although it is hoped that this will be a nude event once we are at sea, it may be a mostly clothed event, depending upon the temperature and sea. Bring your own lunch that requires NO cooking and non-alcoholic beverages. FYI, the Coast Guard has a "zero-tolerance policy" -- absolutely NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are to be brought aboard. The boat is not handicapped-friendly; crewmembers should be able-bodied and know how to swim. Be sure to bring warm clothing just in case it's chilly on the ocean. The boat will depart at 2pm SHARP! Not a BANG event.   Take a "three hour tour" aboard Voyager III, a high speed catamaran. Three decks of fun, light food, and three cash bars, 18+. Dancing with DJ JST and Jenna Drey. Not a BANG event.   A clothed public relations effort of the Cape Cod Naturist and Nudist Beach Clean-Up Coalition (TNS, AANR, NAC, regional and local groups). Jun 20-22 (Friday-Sunday)   Weekend Getaway, Ogunquit, ME
Get an early start to summer by spending a nude weekend with BANG in Ogunquit at the Yellow Monkey Guest Houses. We'll be right on Main Street, conveniently near the beach, restaurants, and bars. This will be our sixth time at the Yellow Monkey, and we'll have an entire house to ourselves (as well as three near-by pet-friendly rooms). We'll can be nude anytime in our house, its back porch, and its side yard. We can also use the clothing-optional hot tub and nude sundeck. Two excellent breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday) are included. Reservations will be on a first-come first-serve basis. Pre-payment is required. Please see the attached writeup for further details, including prices and current room availability. You can attend on a per-day basis (without a room) for a modest charge (see the writeup). All BANG rooms are now booked, but day-trippers are always welcome, and we do have a waiting list for rooms. Remember when we were kids and did sleep-overs? This is a twist on that. Arrive at 8pm and bring a snack for all to share. This will be more a social party rather than a typical movie night, although films will be playing in the background. At midnight we'll all watch the ball drop. If you wish to spend the night, bring your sleeping bag (or aero bed) for a sleep-over. Lotion will be available should guests care to give each other massages. You can go nude in the dunes at the far right (western) end of the beach, and there's a gay section about halfway to the end where we can meet. (About 1/4-1/2 mile from the parking lot.) From Boston, take I-93 south to Rt-24 south to I-195 east. At exit 10, take Rt-88 south. After crossing the Westport River bridge, bear to the left and follow that road to the beach parking lot. Keep summer going strong by spending a nude weekend with BANG in Ogunquit at the Yellow Monkey Guest Houses. We'll be right on Main Street, conveniently near the beach, restaurants, and bars. This will be our fifth time at the Yellow Monkey, and we've arranged to reserve all of the same rooms we had last time, plus three new "pet friendly" rooms. One entire cottage will serve as "BANG Central" for the weekend, and because we'll have the whole building, we'll be able to be nude anytime in the building, on back porch, and in the side yard. We can also avail ourselves of the clothing-optional hot tub and nude sundeck. Two excellent breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday) are included. Reservations will be on a first-come first-serve basis. Join Dex aboard his 44-foot cabin cruiser for an afternoon cruise to nowhere. (This will probably be our final Cruise to Nowhere as the boat is for sale.) Although it is hoped that this will be a nude event once we are at sea, it may be a mostly clothed event, depending upon the temperature and sea. Bring your own lunch that requires NO cooking and non-alcoholic beverages. FYI, the Coast Guard has a "zero-tolerance policy" -- absolutely NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are to be brought aboard. This will be our third time at the Yellow Monkey, and we've arranged to reserve all of the same rooms we had last time, including one entire cottage that will serve as "BANG Central" for the weekend. Because we'll have the whole building, we'll be able to be nude anytime in the building and back porch, and can also avail ourselves of the clothing-optional hot tub and nude sundeck. Come celebrate BANG's 20th anniversary with a free buffet party at our popular Chelsea venue. The traditional 20th anniversary gift is porcelain, and most porcelain is white, so we've decided to make this a White Party. Be creative: show up with something white to wear, along with your dancing shoes and a bag to stash your clothes. This is not a potluck, so there is no need to bring food. Get an early start to summer by spending a nude weekend with BANG in Ogunquit at the Yellow Monkey Guest Houses. We'll be right on Main Street, conveniently near the beach, restaurants, and bars. This will be our second time at the Yellow Monkey, and we've arranged to reserve all of the same rooms we had last fall, including one entire cottage that will serve as "BANG Central Station" for the weekend. Because we'll have the whole building, we'll be able to be nude anytime in the building and also avail ourselves of the clothing-optional hot tub and nude sundeck. Included in the price of this event are a Saturday brunch and a Sunday continental breakfast, both prepared by Larry and Dave. This will be a pre-paid event -- prices vary by type of accomodation and number of people per room. (See the attached writeup for details and current room availability.) Reservations will be on a first-come first-serve basis. RSVPs mandatory.
